Accounts that get repeatedly pardonned because they are toxic only in post game chat are investigated by Riot

Tribunal cases still do not show post game chat

How?

If they aren't recorded, what proof is there for Riot?

They're logged, they just don't show up in tribunal cases.

Riot can see what is said in after game chat.

It's really the difference between the in-game and the client. I think just the info from in-game is sent to Tribunal and it would require extra work to have the pre and post game chat sent to tribunal cases too. Not that they couldn't do it, but they probably have a reason why they haven't done it yet.

If they're logged, why are they being excluded from the tribunal? What is the logic in that?

Riot has said they log them...but not sure if scare tactics or not. If anything else fails, Riot might just ask the NSA what you said in your pre/post game chat.

They were interviewing Lyte about player behavior and he was saying something about how it was funny how players thought Riot couldnt see pregame chat. He was talking about people who troll in champ select and then dont say a word in game.
