That's common knowledge. I think he's asking, how much would it take for each of these champs. Each champ has a different base AS, so it would take varying degrees of AS percentages to hit the cap.

The chart is inaccurate because:

1) it doesn't take into account passives

2) Some of the stats are wrong like Tristana and Varus having wrong stats.

The chart says kog'maw needs 230.95% attack speed.

What's the real attack speed he needs?

Using the formula of:

** 2.5 / baseAS - ( 1 + AS/level * (level-1) + AS bonus) = AS needed to reach cap **baseAS = base attack speed

AS/level = attack speed per level

AS bonus = any attack speed steroids

2.5/0.0665 - ( 1 + 0.0265 * 17 + 0.3) = 2.01, or 201%.

If you take 4 points in the offense tree and get the 4% bonus then he needs 196% attack speed.

You should calculate it yourself this way, to make sure it's right, use the gameinfo from the official LoL site.

Vayne

(2.5 / 0.658) - (1+ 0.031*17) = 2.27 or 227%. Subtract 4% for masteries, 223%

Twitch

(2.5 / 0.679) - ( 1+ 0.0338 * 17) = 2.11 or 211%. Subtract his AS steroid of 70% because you dont want to over build AS. 141%. Subtract masteries of 4% for 137%

Teemo

(2.5/0.69) - ( 1 + 0.0338 * 17) = 2.05 or 205%. If you count his element of surprise of 40% then it's 165%.

Remember this formula for all champions.

Subtract any AS steroids.
