My friend is always super positive even when he loses

Whenever he loses a match, he always says something like "Well, at least the enemy team had a good time winning. ^_^"

I wonder if it's good to always be that positive.

I find that overly positive people can be very annoying to talk to. Same goes for overly negative people.

It's better than acting like a jerk off and raging.

It actually can prevent you from going on tilt.

I'm not THAT positive over a loss, but I'm fairly good at finding something good about my play and just moving on to the next match so I'm not frustrated as I'm queueing up for the next game.

People who are overtly positive in the face of situations that normally don't allow for positive reaction are often more susceptible to, if not in the early stages of schizophrenia.

I just stopped caring, it`s not going to affect me in the grand scheme of things and elo/mmr/lp are not worth the indescriptible rage I used to have over the issue.

It isn't just being positive. Schizophrenics can show inappropriate positive and negative emotions .

ex, laugh at a funeral but get sad at like disney land.
