she literally has 3 stuns

Q is a stun
W is a stun
E reflects HUGE DAMAGE
R is a stun

I dont get it

To balance her, if using her shield on the stun proc, she should stun herself.

Well, she has no sustain( not talking about her q mana refund), her skills have short range, very few AP mids skills have shorter range than her, there are a lot of mages that have longer range than her, and have either escape, better damage and/or utility. Champs like Gragas, Orianna and Malzahar can offer an more reliable TF potential than Annie. Your team needs to be stupid to let her ult stun everyone.
