Champion Idea: Champion that uses roller blades?

Except over powered, this is the same concept as the old phage. It makes it where the enemy has no chance of escaping.


You do realize he can't buy boots, right? He basically starts with free boots of mobility, goving him a minor early game advantage and an extra slot for late game.

Passive - Gotta go Fast! : ____ gains 100/105/110/115/120/125 bonus movespeed. This bonus is halved for 4 seconds upon taking damage from champions. _____ cannot purchase boots.

Q - Flip Kick
Short range targeted dash (450ish) that kicks the opponent, knocking them back slightly and deals physical damage (Scales with AD and slightly with AP). The kick also knocks _____ back a short distance (about 250) after contacting the opponent. Deals bonus physical damage that scales with total movespeed, scaling increases with rank.

W - Proximity mine
Throws an explosive a short distance that activates after 1 second. Enemies that get too close are knocked back and are dealt magic damage (high AP scaling). Mines last 45 seconds.

E - Sliding Tackle:
Basically a skillshot nuke version of Alistar's headbutt, goes through enemies until hitting a champion. Damage has scaling with bonus movespeed and AD.

R - Gas Grenade
Throws a smoke bomb at the floor (very short cast range, about 250ish, but fairly wide AOE) that generates a smoke cloud for 4/5/6 seconds. Enemies in the cloud are blinded, have reduced vision range, and have their bonus armor rating reduced by 10/15/20%

Allies within the cloud are stealthed.

Miss fortune has an insane movement speed advantage against champions that don't buy boots at the start until she gets hit so take that as a heads up on how much of an advantage he'd have vs everyone early game.

not everyone buys boots at the very start so in some lanes it would be 325-335 movement speed vs 365-405 and when not in combat 430-460.
