I have a query. I thought the reason for the rune page rework was to stop people using the same generic pages and add diversity? I have 9 rune pages atm and feel as though I need more due to how much I will change them up for each character depending who I'm facing and what lane I'm going in.

With there being certain runes fulfilling certain roles though (e.g Seals are now purely for defence). I feel like I'm not going to need more than nine pages now and am just going to be using the same generic ones over and over.

Maybe I'm just missing something but I really don't see where they're going with this.

these are "basic changes". There's a heavy implication that there will be more coming eventually.

granted eventually probably means in S6. But still.

I really hope they have a lot more to follow this up. They have a pretty big opportunity here to completely revamp one of my least favorite systems in the game, and if all they're gonna do is make adjustments to the values, I'm going to be particularly disappointed.

About time this happens.

Not much changed though. So, seal + quint flat CDR = 15%, seal + quint scaling CDR = 30%? I can dig it.
