Removing RNG from the game completely - replacing Crit with Amp.

Replacing critical damage with amplification would work as such:

Crit Chance 25% -> Auto-attack damage amplified by 25%. No critical strikes. Does not scale past 100% (Or, for fun, allow it to!)

IE's 50% Crit Damage boost = 50% boost to all amplification bonuses.

Yasuo gets 1.8 times the effect from amplification.

I actually wanted this, just so there's no more RNG in the game (not counting Sion passive). It's still effectively the same average damage output.

Amplification only works on AA, not adding the damage to skill power.

It would have to be a hell of a lot worse than a 1:1 conversion from crit%, I'd think. Maybe .5:1.

and oh my god Garen usable for the first time in ages.
