Honestly, I know a lot of people loved it but constantly hitting a crowd of zombies with assorted sticks just got boring for me really quickly.
I'm completely surprised because I thought this was going to be some rubbish low-budget Gears Of War wannabe and it turns out, I absolutely love it. What I've played so far in Quantum Theory (admittedly, I've just met the girl-grenade hybrid) has been really good fun, it's a much better game in my opinion.

oneupdawg2k4Posted 9/30/2010 9:59:38 AM | Hmm, you have some strange taste. I bought DR2 and FME, and only played DR2 so far. It's incredibly addicting and delightfully old school. It even has health bars. I think Quantum Theory may be good but the controls are what really ruin it.

Dead Rising 2 has flaws as well (every game does), but ultimately no matter how polished a game is none of them can satisfy everyone...especially when you're comparing two different genres. |

want a fairly fun zombie game and want to see hot half naked chicks in the process ?
get onechanbara for the 360, sure it gets repetitve like every game but still for a zombie game it's one of the best/most underrated.
anyway quantum theory is decent, it's no where near as horrible as people make it out to be.

^^ - That's a true statement and exactly how I feel. I didn't like the first one but purchased Case 0 off of XBLA and that more then satisfies my DR void. So if you have a 360 and get bored with DR but like jumping in a killing zombies every now and then, for 400MP case ) is the gold ticket. Seriously, I don't know how people like doing that for hours and hours; it's like Dynasty Warriors but with cooler weapons and less combos lol.
And OneUp2K4, how is FME? I was really looking into that and have been watching some walkthrough vids on it and have read some reviews. I think the reviews for it are total BS judging by how it looks; but how does it play? Is it fun? Is it a good story and is it a long game with replay value?
