Can you play some of the games that you wont during the season?
Can you get fired?
I havent read on this game yet but these r some of the questions i would like to answers for

not really sure what first question is asking...you can "manage" the games: you press hit, pitch, steal, etc while it shows you a highlight of what happens....you can get fired if you really really suck...one thing i dont like is that you cant walk away from a job, you need to get fired
