Help linking up psn id to thq site for saints characters

I tried to link my playstation id to thq and nothing happens has anyone had a problem, i don't know what to do

Use google chrome. For some reason I was unable to use explorer to link my psn account either. I works just fine with google chrome though. It must be a bug on the site, its pretty bad at times.
