'Gender Equality' achievement not unlocking

Anyone have trouble with this? You must play 2 hours as a male and 2 as a female. I've done this but it hasn't unlocked. What am I missing?

Did you start a new game to play as a female? I believe the game considers you to be male during the first mission, so you would need to play over two hours to make up the time if that's the case.
