Is there any form of offline multiplayer/splitscreen?

No sir, unfortunately. It's worth getting just for the single player, you won't be disappointed.

Aww, man. I really enjoyed playing Revolver with family and friends in the past, was hoping to experience that here too. Oh well, I'm still gonna pick it up. The GOTY version looks like a great deal. Thanks for the answer. :)

No problem. I used to play RD Revolver with friends and it was a blast, I wish they would have kept some form of split screen.

There's no split-screen, but there is an offline multiplayer.
you just load up the single player, and change your settings to LAN.
You can either system link your consoles, or play offline by yourself.
