I did take into account the times. Whores back then weren't like a civilized women who had the ability to groom and didn't have syphilis. Sure all women had a jungle down stairs but you werent putting your life on the line just to bang them. Plus, in gta you could only bang whores in a car, where did you expect Marston to do the deed, in a bed? Remember the hot coffee contraversy?

Dude, that's called sexual deviancy. It's an addiction to sex. And your ratio is far off. There has always been more women then men on the planet. When the gold towns started to pop up whore houses moved west, which is part of the reason why Nevada has them still. Saloons were some of the first places to have barmaids. Believe me, I majored in western civilization, I'm well aware of what it was like back then. Whores were for miners and saloon drunks for the most part. Men have sex with other men in prison because of a chemical imbalance, usually brought on by the confines of prison. That or they are closet gays that can't even admit to themselves that they are in fact gay.

I agree. I understand his wife and his connection with his wife plays a major, integral role in the story. Still, i don't like not given the choice whether to be a scumbag if i wanna be.
