Hmmm deadeye may actually work, didn't try it. I simply lined up for when they make thier second pass. They always circle a little, so I threw the TNT short, between us as it circled around. Then as it charged I moved so the TNT was lined up between us so the couger has to pass over it. Although this is all taking place in like a 3-4 second window, but it worked. You just have to line it up so as it runs at you it runs over the tnt. plus some dumb luck helped, blew myself up like 6 times first... suicide bomber approach.

Make him chase you while your on an horse, then throw the dynamite behind you. That's how I did it.

My first stick bounced off the cougar's head. My second landed at his feet, and since we were going full speed that should have missed, but he decided to hit the brakes. Too easy.

But yeah, if you really can't time it, just use Dead Eye. It'll home in on him and explode on impact.

I couldn't even find one of them. I went to Tanners Reach and Rio Bravo and didn't see one.

I got tons of them attacking me when I was in the Great Plains area earlier. IT was really weird. They were all over the place. At one point I sat at Beecher's Hope and watched a parade of them walking down the road. They just spawned non-stop along with some raccoons.

I was looking for cougars in Rio Bravo but only found one.Found a bunch of snakes though.Decided to go for the snakes before the cougar.

Of course when I needed only one more snake, they disappeared.I decided to go to Rattlesnake Hollow for the last one and was promptly attacked my cougar after cougar.Eight cougars in five minutes.

Killed two with dynamite and never got the credit for it.Third time was the charm.
