Is there a guidebook for this game? Are they even planning to make one?
If so please tell me where I can find it.

I don't think so. I looked around and couldn't find one. Brady games (who published the official guides for the first two), hasn't released one for this game.

That really sucks.

You don't really need one. As far as getting through the game, it is very linear, and holds your hand through any of the puzzles that would otherwise require thought. If you have any other questions (such as Where do I find ___? or How do I beat ____?) check the answers section and the boards, and if you can't find an answer feel free to ask.
