How long is the campaign?

When I think of Rockstar, I always expect that their games will be on the longer side. Of course, that's also because they're mostly open world, so playtime will vary depending on what you do.

Since this is more linear, I'm wondering if it is or feels shorter than Rockstar's other games.

It's around 8-10 hours long I hear. Same length as Manhunt, The Warriors and the other Max Payne games.

Took me 9 and a half hours.

It's way shorter than their open world games. About 12-14 hours.

I remember The Warriors being a lot longer than 10 hours, although that game had some free roaming to it's levels (plus the HUB world side objectives/working out/flashback missions/etc.), but still was longer than 10 hours.

This game has ZERO free-roam (not a complaint just a statement of fact). It is as linear as linear gets--when you don't go straight to your objective Max actually narrates a hint--seriously.

Fair enough. I can't speak for everyone but it didn't take me more than 10 hours. I wasn't really into getting 100% in a game back then. Good game regardless.
