I've still seen some debates going on about ridiculous crap going on.
In any case, people should just try to have common sense and argue about senseless things.
"We spend our entire lives talking about this mystery: our life"
The use of the word "gimped" is prejudicial in and of itself. It has a negative connotation to it.
Can't we all just agree that we love the series and acknowledge that not everyone has had the fortune to have both systems? I'm not going to take sides, as I own both systems, but does any of this really matter? Graphics and controls? I doubt these were what drew us to the originals in the first place (especially the controls.... ughhh *shudders*). What most of us, if not all of us, enjoy most is the experience and the sense of isolation given to us through the little notes and horrors (*remembersseeing themutilated body tied to fence at 6-8 years of age*) and the soundtrack, which logically would be the same in all versions.
I already know that I'm going to buy the higher rated of the two console versions and the PSP version (so I have a copy for the road/study hall).
RE4 all over again?
