Jared781Posted 6/29/2012 10:46:25 AM | fallout: NV i used walkthroughs a LOT, on how do beat/finish quests... used the interent to find rare weapons/armor like Big Boomer,Alien Blaster OR Remnants Power Armor for example...
<and even Chinese Stealth Armor
The worst thing was i thought it was not a problem.. which varies from person to person, if thats how you enjoy playing fine by me, if it does it for ya "knock yourself out" I also, didnt keep most of the rare weapons... From what i learnt from Skyrim is keep the true collectibles which again varies from person yet the obvious would be: Dragon Masks
one-of-a-kind weapons like (AND REMEMBER: these next 2 weapon are from SKYRIM)
The Pale Lady and Dawnbreaker crap like that.
Ill use "Jurry Rigging" as i heard tons of great things ahhaahhaha
anything else? |
mmasichPosted 6/29/2012 11:01:11 AM | It's too bad that the games like this are too glitchy to not use a guide. Between bugs and broken quests, you almost need to spoil the entire game by reading about it ahead of time to avoid wasting 100+ hours. |
xPinkSparklesxPosted 7/1/2012 7:10:24 AM | I'm going to avoid the news about it before it comes out. I read every piece of info about this game before it came out and felt like I had already played it when I got it. --- Psn: Vaultdwellnchick |
harleyknightPosted 7/1/2012 9:47:08 AM | Does listing a rare weapon or armor really require a blackout box, really? He didn't say where to find it, so why black it out? This censoring is really getting out of hand. Just delete his whole post, that way we're not left wondering, what the hell he meant. --- "Grown-ups never understand anything for themselves, and it is tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them." |
jakezing33Posted 7/1/2012 10:22:44 AM | hey man, what weapons and armor exist is spoilers! --- Currently Playing: Medieval II/Rome Total War Gold, Final Fantasy XIII-2 & Chrono Trigger DS Xbox: Ssteiner209 | Steam: jakezing |
RikashiPosted 7/1/2012 10:53:13 AM | I never bother with keeping unique weapons if I'm not planning on using them, unless there was some kind of story involving them, like with Maria or A Light Shining In Darkness than I keep them around as a memento to that event.
For Fallout 4 I'll probably rely less on wikis to decide whether or not a DLC is worth it, it's a good way to estimate whether or not you're going to like it but I got the ultimate edition anyway so I basically spoiled myself for nothing :/ --- I hear 'dig' from you, babe, and all I can think of is a shovel. Can't settle for less 'cause I'm the best. |

You can read what's in the blackout boxes by highlighting them. it doesnt change the pointlessness of it though Though the mods have never cared much for practicality, given what ive been modded for with spoilers --- Currently Playing: Medieval II/Rome Total War Gold, Final Fantasy XIII-2 & Chrono Trigger DS Xbox: Ssteiner209 | Steam: jakezing |
harleyknightPosted 7/1/2012 3:24:27 PM | thanks for that, i didn't know you could still read them. as to jakezing33 saying that: (knowing) what weapons and armor exist is spoilers! dude, that is just ridiculous. so knowing that there is a guy named jose in the game is a spoiler? if i told you what he did and where he fit into the game and how to interact with him, that would be a spoiler. simply knowing his name is not. the same goes for names of any weapon or armor. --- "Grown-ups never understand anything for themselves, and it is tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them." |
