Best level and order for DLC?

I played through most of the game when it first came out. Recently, I bought all four DLCs and am going to play through again. What levels should I be hitting these DLCs at? Is it better if I do them in order of release? Any skills or perks I should prioritize to get the most out of them?

1. Honest Hearts (any level)
2. Old World Blues (level 15+)
3. Dead Money (level 20+)
4. Lonesome Road (level 30+)

Leave LR till the very last since it the hardest one so it's best to come prepared.
Invest in both speech and lockpicking as these will prove very useful for these DLC.

Most of all have fun! Take your time and really savour each.
p.s. OWB is by far the best of them all so listen to the dialogue carefully.

always LR last since it finishes up the DLC storyline, HH first since its the easiest and most disconnected DLC, and OWB and then DM for storyline, though OWB is easier to do first.

and LR is the best -.-
