No idea what the specs are, but minimum requirements I swear are just cash grabs. Games often run like crap, on low settings if you only meet or barely surpass the minimum requirements.
If you're running a laptop that barely meets min specs, you probably wont run it very well.

If you're competently passed the min req, you should be able to run it on low everything.

I dont think anyone in here can tell you exactly how well it will run. But i just researched about your video card and it is capable of running modern games at low settings. More demanding engines than this games gamebryo engine so you might be able to play it low-medium. Just need to experiment with the settings really. ( Go to youtube and search Mobility HD 4330 )

Should try fallout 3 on your system, since vegas will probably run the same (If they optimized the engine very well).

A little experimenting in fallout 3's settings using my 3-4 year old laptop. The games only demanding settings are the water options. IF i completely turnd off anything about in-game water i could easily put everything to max(even the draw distance of things) with Anti-Aliasing etc. Might be the same case for your laptop, but ofcourse thats only if the devs actualy allows us to change alot of settings like fallout3 did.

Of course you run poorly if you barely pass the minimum reqs. That's why they're called minimum requirements.

You should get performance similar to what you get with fallout 3. Same engine and for the most part, the design style is identical to fallout 3.

Way too vague. Exactly which CPU and video card do you have?

I use a laptop with slightly better specs, and the game works kinda ok. Lags a lot if you're inside crowded cities. But runs quite decent while out in the Wasteland.

Something wrong with your hardware or the way your OS is set up cause i run fallout 3 on windows 7 ultimate just fine.

But this game uses the same engine as fallout 3, so worst case scenario is that this game will probably freeze on your pc like fallout 3 did. But ofcourse thats only if they didnt optimize the engine further more and just took fallout 3 engine, changed textures//models/gameplay mechanics/etc and called it a new game.
