Fallout: New Vegas

Just started up, looking for some good basic mods to add.

Just starting New Vegas (I've played it numerous times before, but not for quite a while) and last time I played I cleared out all my mods, and am looking to reinstall some. As the modding community has added many more since I last played, I'm looking for basic reccomendations, if anyone has any.

Oh, and I enjoy playing an archetypical sniper if that helps.

if your rig is good, graphics and lighting effects mods are always a nice touch (NMC textures, weapon retexture project, EVE, whatever body/hair/face mod you like best), some sort of sniper zooming mod, bug fixes are pretty essental. save things like project nevada or mods that alter the game play significantly for your 2nd play thru.
