Did we ever find out why the freezing happened?

well, i'm new here but, from what i read in older topics, it as something to do with equipping auto skills, but only when you have more than xxx items??? ( both usable, equips and skills), or so i read.. could be wrong though. :P

as for a way to fix it... well... save often, especially before changing equips. ;)

The major cause of freeze is caused by the auto-remove of skills placed on equips.

The solution to reduce the number of freeze is to manually un-equip the skills, then un-equip the pieces of equipment, then equip the new piece in his place and re-equips the skills. Repeat for every piece and every character (and save between changes... suggested).

You can also un-equip multiple pieces of equipments from 1 character at the same time, as long as you remember to remove the skills first. Save often!

hi..

try this, remove all your equips/gears first. then re-equip them by the ff order:
.1st middle gear (bracelets.etc) --> 2nd accessories (necklace,etc) --> last, weapon..

that should removed your autoskills too.. just equip them afterwards..


works fine for me.. and yeah, like what they said.. save first XD

So the only thing we can do is still such roundabout methods...sigh.

A lot of my freezes are also coming from viewing skill descriptions (or even when opening the skill selection thing to switch a skill slot) which is highly annoying.
