'Completing' a Pokemon

I'm putting together my ingame team, and I want each pokemon to have done everything possible. Apart from:
Level 100
EV trained
Pokemon League Champs
Shiny Leaf Crown
Anything else, perhaps to do with ribbons or the Pokeathlon? I haven't really touched them before so I don't really know what they achieve.

Getting the all the ribbons and medals (from the Pokeathlon) possible will definitely keep you occupied for a while.
