Theoretically, it's possible to catch humans in pokeballs in the pokeverse

#1AntiFunPosted 8/20/2009 1:48:22 PM
Humans are still part of the animal kingdom, so naturally they would be able to be caught.

I also have questions:

1.Why don't some super smart pokemon (Like alakazam) start to comunicate and raise their own pokemon?

2. What happens if you keep a pokemon in a pokeball for years and years? Do they die inside the ball? Or do they die immediatly after releasing them?

3.How do pokemon fit inside the pokeball? Do they turn into pure energy or something?

4. Why is it okay in the Pokeverse to have people just capture any wild animal against their will(Without documentation, or any sort of safeguards to ensure their well being,) and make them fight against each other?

I hate inb4. What if I waltzed into your kitchen as you were getting ready to eat breakfast, ate all your cereal, then yelled "IN BEFORE BREAKFAST!!"?

Only Mewtwo is strong enough to throw around Mewtwo so to obtain domination, humans just had to punch Pokemon like alakazam in the face with their crappy defence

2. What happens if you keep a pokemon in a pokeball for years and years? Do they die inside the ball? Or do they die immediatly after releasing them?

It has a life support system, releasing them makes them go to the wild (atleast in the anime)

3.How do pokemon fit inside the pokeball? Do they turn into pure energy or something?

it converts them to data

4. Why is it okay in the Pokeverse to have people just capture any wild animal against their will(Without documentation, or any sort of safeguards to ensure their well being,) and make them fight against each other?

We have cockfights in real life, it's just in this,it's legal.

SO wait.... Let's say that you catch a pidgey in a pokeball and you put it in storage. 12 years later, you open up the pokeball and the pidgey will still be like new?

There already was a time when a super smart Pokemon tried to raise Pokemon. Mewtwo in the movie "Pokemon The Movie" made Pokemon super clones and when he defeated Ash and some other trainers, he stole their Pokemon, only to have them stolen back. This is probably why the idea of Pokemon raising and training other Pokemon in the Pokeverse was never seen again. Also, why would you want to capture a human as a Pokemon?
