It's for in-game, so I'm not going to bother breeding it for extremespeed, but I'm trying to decide when is the best time since the attacks come so far apart. Obviously, I can't have the attacks I'd like (thunderfang, crunch, extremespeed, and firefang), but what is a good second?

That's hard. I would just evolve it anyways for higher stats. Don't really prefer having moves that aren't STAB.

48 if you want flareblitz. 34 for flamethrower 42 for crunch.

That's basically it.

Whenever you want.

Yo buddy, still alive?

i'm not sure if this is still implemented but before there was the nature factor, evolve forms gets better stat boost than their pre evolution form...

skills wise, pre evolve learns things faster but evolved forms gets better moves...

Tricky. Basically you have to pick whether you want Extremespeed or Flare Blitz. If you want Extremespeed, evolve it after you learn Flamethrower in time for level 39, when Arcanine learns Extremespeed. If you want Flare Blitz, Growlithe learns it at level 48. Your call, but you can't have both.

Stat wise it doesnt matter, the way starts are calculated in pokemon evolving it at level 1 or at level 100 will not make a difference... Wait until it learns all the level up moves you want and then fire stone it

This was never true. It was one of the myths, like Rare Candies made you weaker. Never true, just the misinformed ramblings of us all when we were ignorant of the way the sliding scale the system really used.

You can also move tutor extreme speed on to Arcanine later if you want that + flare blitz

I guess I'll make it fire fang, extremespeed, flamethrower, and bite.

Bite is only marginally weaker than crunch, plus it has the flinch-factor. Fire fang and flamethrower can be used against people depending on their defense or special defense, and extremespeed is a priority attack.

Sound good?
