Goldenrod Store: Return and Frustration question

I got the TM for Frustration with my angry pokemon last Sunday, and Yesterday I tried getting the TM 27 for Return with a pokemon with over 200 Happiness, but all the clerk said was "There is a TM right for your pokemon" or something like that.

Did I lose the chance to get Return? If so, that sucks, I wanted it a lot more than Frustration.

Apparently there is a lady that gives you return if you have a happy pokemon or frustration if it's unhappy, but only on Sunday.

You can also buy them at Celadon, but I guess you are still in Johto so that isn't relevant.

Yeah, that's right.
So, is it possible to get both? Because I went to the store Yesterday with my Togetic, which has to have at least 220 happiness, and the lady wouldn't even look at him.
I remember in Silver you could get it again and again.

I went back today, which is Sunday in my time zone, and she still won't give it to me. I looked elsewhere and it says this TM should be reobtainable.
Even the FAQs on this game and HG.
