I don't need to deal with it.

Also, a cyberpunk game being handled with pesky DRM is just gold.

It's feeling like vaporware with how minimal the information is nowadays. Also I agree, I'm afraid it's going to end up like Thief 3 and be a big disappointment. Loot glimmer, third person, hardmode allowing kills, etc. Everything to give it a case of "consolitis".

Also, if it forces Steam or any sort of DRM crap I'm out, period.

Just gotta be patient, with Deus Ex out now, we'll probably start getting some info on this soon

IIRC, Deus Ex got announced in like 2007, but we didn't get any real information on it until like 2010.

You know you can run Steam in offline mode yeah? >.>
At that point it ceases to be DRM and starts being a "Log in to see if patches have been released" system.
Or maybe "Log in to reinstall after a hard drive format."
It really isn't all that bad.

Should'nt be MANDATORY in the first place. As i've said, it was nice when it was OPTIONAL...

For me, I hope it's First-Person only, and I'de like it to be a mission based like the first two games with a briefing/cutscene video between missions. And please focus on the PC version and give us a proper Thief experience.

Ha, you're asking too much out of today's gaming industry.

Square Enix/Eidos seem to have adopted Steam as their DRM system of choice.
