A good way to experience it is to stay in ADS, and when an enemy runs by your irons, you'll feel a magnetic, albeit subtle, rumble in your controller. It seems to slow your aim over an enemy target, but it's by no means a lock-on feature. I will say this, though, I have felt my view follow an enemy ever so slightly while ADS.
