When you turn on the power it's supposed to make certain areas of the MOON map safe with oxygen and gravity. I've had this happen twice now, where i turn on the power and one of the rooms that is supposed to be safe with oxygen, did not become safe and still had no oxygen. Has anybody else had this problem?
I had it happen one time, the first time i entered the room though.

Most likely not a glitch, just windows breaking. --- Currently Playing: Oblivion, From Dust, Mass Effect 2 Backlog: Sacred 2, Alan Wake, Bioshock

How exactly do the windows break? Is it completely random as rounds go on?

I know they aren't random, but an excavator might be a cause. Also I think explosives can break them, I know that I've seen the rooms with the bowie knife lose it's barrier from breaking windows. --- Much to Yuri's disgust so he tricked Gersch in to opening the mechanism trapping Gersch in it. Yuri sees his error and he dashboards.

That's not a glitch. I had a real glitch happen that made someone invulnerable to attacks.

explosives in the room can cause the glass windows to break, so be careful of where you throw grenades, where you make crawlers, and where you set your claymores as any of these can cause permanent decompression of an area
so no, not really a glitch --- May 5th, 2011. The day hell froze over and Guardian Heroes was announced for XBLA. HECK YEAH http://www.youtube.com/user/zanon3?feature=mhw4 My youtube channel

I believe you can fix a broken window if you use the hacker on it. So the decompression is not necessarily permanent. I haven't tested this myself yet so I can't be 100% sure.
