When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 monster with 500 or less ATK from your Graveyard in Attack Position. That monster's effect(s) is negated. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a Dragon-Type Synchro Monster. The other Synchro Material Monster(s) cannot be Level 4.
Though it is not a Level 4 Tuner, Delta Fly can make easy Level 8 Synchros from using its effect.

Once per turn, you can increase the Level of 1 other monster you control by 1

CeruleanGamerPosted 6/14/2010 6:55:13 PM | Debris Dragon is way too limited....... You can only tune Dragon Synchros which aren't exactly that useful (Stardust, RDA, BRD are some exceptions).
Can't wait for Delta Fly because he has such a useful effect that you can pick a lot of Synchro monsters to summon when you use him.
