I think if MLB (the real deal not the game) had a choice, they would take rain delays out. What good do they do?

I don't understand why so many people want rain delays... that's just more code that the developers spend time on that's pointless when they could be refining something else much more important.

I like the realism especially in Franchise Mode

whether it's there or not, it's 162 games... so why does it matter?

What the field physics in the game change the gameplay. Like you get in a simulated hour rain delay and you put in your LR. The dirt is damp and the outfield didnt drain that well. A easy groundball on normal playing conditions becomes a thud on the ground and a infield single(depending on your baserunner). Also what if your outfielders lose their footing and a easy Out becomes a double or a triple. That is why I would love to have rain delay/ weather effects

that actually does seem like it would be pretty cool.

weather effects i can understand, but as for rain delays, we can do without. Just my opinion

Another thing I dont remember winds hitting over 10 MPH at Wrigley Field in 2k9, thus Regular Fly Balls become HR. Hopefully 2k10 will have it
