The trailer at the end confrims PS3, Vita, and 3DS releases as well.

It's also likely that there will be a Wii U version.

However, this time around the 360 version will be the lead version (so the game will mostly be developed and optimised for the 360 and then ported to the other systems). Further, i think Microsoft has made a deal with Sega to sell SaSASRT/360 bundles when this game launches.
I'm also pretty sure that there will be some exclusive characters again.

360, PS3, 3DS, and Vita are all confirmed. There is also rumor of a WiiU version.
