Forlorn Necklace

I'm trying to get some Forlorn Necklaces. I've tried for about an hour and a half in the Northern Plains and about an hour and a half in the Lost Shrine, and I've only gotten one so far. I need at LEAST two more.

My question is, what should I have the Difficulty at? I heard Hard is supposed to give rarer drops, but Forlorn Necklaces are green drops as opposed to the rarer yellow drops. So I'm not sure what might be better. I had it on Normal when I found that one Necklace I have, but I haven't found any more.

Unfortunately it's just a very frustrating drop. Make sure all your word drop items are equipped and just keep at it.

I think I switched back and forth between Normal and Hard just to see which one worked better and I unfortunately can't recall. If you aren't having any trouble on one difficulty, just give the other one a shot; might work out in your advantage.

I also did all of my farming on the Lost Shrine roof. It was a lot easier to make a circuit up there and reset the enemies than to go on the Plains for me, and it's much more compact so it just went faster in general. It also took a long while, so really the best thing I can say is keep at it. And maybe bring a laptop or something with you and watch a movie while doing it. That also helped.

Thanks. I got two more in about an hour on Hard. I just hope those are the last that I need.
Now I need a Subdued Bracelet. I thought I was done with those yesterday, but I ended up needing one more...ugh...
