Which games burn the most calories fastest?

Is it just free run? that seems to add a lot, but I'm worried that just running in place isn't doing nearly what actual jogging would do.

Rhythm Boxing was the most intense thing you could do on the original Wii Fit, so I guess that's probably still true if you checked the MET ratings.

I haven't tried it yet though on WF+ because I'm having fun with the new Training Plus games. Is it me or do the new games make your legs more tired than in the original WF?

I think hula hoop has the highest MET, but my lower back gets really sore if I do more that 3 minutes.

No, it's not you, the new games do make your legs hurt more. I'm actually having an issue with numbness in one of my legs now.

I do 20 minutes of stretching first, every day. I think it's a nerve thing - gotta go get it checked out.

Yeah, I think it's the single arm stand, which has like 5.5 METs.
