For me it was when I climbed the very top of the "index finger" of that island and looked down. I was like, whoa, it really is a giant hand.

Too many to count most of have been said so far. I have been lucky to have 2 things happen during 2 major events. The shooter star shower when Melia was named the next ruler, and before you enter the High Entia Tomb. The cutscenes where just so awesome with raining golden dust falling down.
