She looks 16 or so. Platinum probably just said "FK THE CANON" like they did with Raiden's whole character.

She looks like most girls that are 10/11 or so...

No. She's tall, has breasts, and her face looks like a teenager's.

It doesn't matter that much, just saying. She'll probably be in like one cutscene anyway.

Still it does go to show how little effort Platinum put into the designing of these characters, what with Sam looking like a million other characters, Fatman with solar panels, and that abysmal woman with all those arms.
