Yep.

I played Bayonetta on PS3 first (not recommended.) Then I got a 360 and didn't want to unlock the more difficult things like the Climax Bracelet and Pillow Talk, so I used the codes. I still have over 80 hours in both the PS3 and 360 versions of Bayonetta.
