The game makes a parody of every thing that MGS took, so seriously. The senator having magic powers being hand waved with NANO MACHINES SON! His bizarre political motivation mocking Liquids, Ocelots, and Volgins motivations from past games. Raidens side kick being a parody of the over philosophical elements that pervaded the previous games. Literally the entire games plot is a mockery, and well delivered one to. So considering as a Cannon entry into the story line doesn't really hold much water as far as I am concerned.

Kojima Has stated so in several interviews. Invalidate that know it all. --- Playing the Dead Space Trilogy and MGR until GOW comes out. |
