Does Rose or Little John make an appearance? (spoilers)

I have just beaten the game on Normal and I am curious; does Raiden's family ever make a hidden appearance in this game? They weren't mentioned in the credits and MGS4's Big Boss cameo leaves me skeptical.

They are mentioned, ever so shortly in one sentence at the start of Chapter 3.

I honestly think that Platinum was counting on people who played Metal Gear Solid 2 being among the audience and left out Rosemary on purpose.

The way Raiden becomes in the game, makes me fear for his family.

I would've loved for Rose to undo all the damage fighting did to him; turning Raiden back into Jack.

.... What about the camo?
Unless you mean about having to be a badass to get it.

But we all would have heard of something like that once Iconoclast got the game.

You're joking...right?
