Is there an in-game fps counter?

Before anyone says "use fraps" I'm just going to say right now it won't work on my computer because of UAC.

There is an ingame console command to show your framerate.

Why not just... turn off UAC? It's so useless.

Or just open console by pressing "~" and type Render.DrawpFps 1
