How is the HD5770 running this?

My rig is an AMD Phenom IIX6 3.2ghz processor, 4GB Ram, and an XFX HD Radeon 5770 (no oc or anything). I can run BC2 maxed AAx2 on 1920 1200 and get 25-30 frames. Is there any hope for like 35-40s without AAs on this? Also any bugs from this card in particular. Thanks!

I believe people are having success with High settings, no AA. No Ultra for you, but High looks nearly as good.

Thanks for the info. I'll be using this card for BF3 as well until getting my 580 on black Friday or cyber monday

I have seen videos of people playing with a single 5770 card on the BF3 beta and they say that the settings are medium-high so that's good then.

With a PhII and 1920x1200, combination High/Medium seems likely. It's really the sandybridge guys at 4Ghz can can handle High.

i3-2100, 5770 and 4GB here.

At 1680x1050 with everything on ultra, (i heard this is actually high settings cause of a bug, not sure if true) 2xAA, no vsync and Low post AA I average close to 40FPS, I can even take a fraps video at a solid (mostly) 30FPS

but DO NOT install AMDs 10-11 hotfix for this game, at least not if you have a 5770, they say it increases performance on single gpu 5xxx cards but that is a crock of ****. I lost about 20FPS after installing that, maybe it works better with other amd cards but it sure as hell ain't the 5770.

EDIT: That's with an OC of 890/1290 on my 5770 not that it makes much of a difference, maybe 2-3FPS I'd imagine.

Gotta give <3 for the 5770, I will be getting a new card soon but that 5770 is one of the best GPUs I've ever owned, it's price/performance ratio is unmatched, well, there are probably better options for the price now but that card is a beastly little thing. OCs easily too.

Meh, I take that back, closer to 35FPS I guess, doesn't dip below 30 though, all in all I am very happy with the performance considering this is a budget gaming rig.
