How Much Trouble..

Would I have exactly trying to run this on my on my computer? The console version is just upsetting. 12on12.. -_- I realize all I really lack is my CPU. Not so sure about my GPU. I would like to experience this game on PC at more then acceptable. So question is: Should I get or not even bother?

Meh. It'll still run decently, but you could be getting pretty good overall performance with a quad core.

5770 is just fine.  I run this game on med-high setting with the same card

I'd just look at a new CPU, but its not even that vital to run this game. It will hinder performance to some degree, but you'll still be playing a good looking game.

^agreed, even a phenom 2 955 can easily max bf3 as per cpu.

The only multiplayer benchmark I have seen is this
http://www.sweclockers.com/artikel/14650-prestandaanalys-battlefield-3/5#pagehead

The test is on Ultra/medium at 1080p though, but one can easily see that the dual core isn't performing good

As I've suggested in your other threads though, successfully unlocking the cores so you get a triple/quad core would make very much difference in this game

Super Mario Kart is the single best Mario Kart ever!
Won't get Battlefield 3 until all DLC is included

IF I get, with all your help so far I will highly consider it.

Alright, I guess I'll pass on the game.
Maybe next time.
