I wish vehicles didn't have infinite ammo.

This goes for main, coax and any other secondary weapons.

It really annoys me.

It didn't make much of a difference in BF2 when they did have ammo. You either died before running out or you just resupplied and repaired at one of the many supply drops the commander dropped on the field. Usually you barely used even half of your ammo before getting a resupply.

Never had a significant period of time where a vehicle was out of ammo.
Except maybe bombers, but that never stopped their reign of terror anyways.

I quite like the way it is now. There's no need to put more emphasis on randoms who never drop ammo. . .

Yeah I don't really care about ammo, like Lord_Waffles21 said it wasn't important in older BF. Auto-regen on vehicles (especially air) on the other hand...

you ever played BF2? infinite ammo had nothing to do with base rape at all; that was not the problem.

And it's not the problem here, either, "base rape" is a valid tactic and it only works when your own team fails completely at working together; at that point in time, it's better for every body to just bleed the tickets dry.

Because if you and your team could turn the battle around, the you would, and the base rape would stop right there, since you would have already broken through the offense line and captured a flag.

Now if you are playing rush and you can't get out of your base then there is not much that could improve by limiting the ammo on vehicles.
