Man, I thought XBL was easy. Vita MK is a joke u_u

I feel like a dick sometimes, because I laugh while fighting, and Vita has a built-in mic

Just curious, does the vita have its own online network? How do players play each other? Is it hooked into the playstation network somehow?

It's on PSN, yes. But it's only Vita on Vita, no Vita vs PS3 or whatever.

lol, I hope people at my new school next year have MK Vita. They'll be all like "Yo I'm the best at MK son y'all ain't **** on me best in T.O. right here bruh" and then I'll walk up and we'll lock eyes then both pull out our Vitas and engage in Mortal Kombat

I fought the #1 guy in unranked (forgot his name but it starts with J) on the leaderboards yesterday. (I had only a couple wins at the time) and as I selected Jax he laughed at me and said "Hey bro, do you mind if I use Jax as well? I'm probabley not as good as you are with him" in some kind of ignorant attempt to ruse me which ended in failure as I proceeded to destroy/babality him 5 games straight before he quit. Now anytime I run into him in player matches he declines, lol. My PSN is BronxThreat.

I'm sure the Vita comp is roughly the same as DS UMK3 lol. Scrubs who disconnect no doubt.

I'll stick to xbox :) at least I can see who I'm playing so I'll know what to expect.

How's the lag? Bad I bet huh?

The connection is actually pretty stable believe it or not, I rarely experience lag spikes though there is a random bug that gives you the dc/loss if your opponent gets disconnected which is a pain in the ass, apart from that I'd say the connection is quite solid.
