How do I get the new HUD?

In the Itunes store the screeenshots have a diffrent HUD, how do I get that one?

I updated but it didnt change anything...

change the theme it in settings/options

What option and what do I change it to?

I currently have this one:

But I want this one, the ones you see on the pictures in the itunes store:

I'm guessing those shots aren't from the final release.
The HUD in that screen looks similar to the PSP's HUD.
