I don't remember exactly but I believe on the rock throwing part you go to the far left and you run up the monster himself. Once you get to the end of (of a walking path, i think it's where the stone fell) you'll get a QTE i believe.

Ya thats what you do after you pin down each limb/tentical with the trap sign you do want to use Qun alot to keep from losing health when you get hitrunning around.
This is getting annoying.
After he's trapped under all the rubble I try to run up to the body he just tosses rocks till I die, I dont have time to cast the damage reduction spell.
After Geralt jumps off the Krayan, immediately run to the left and go up the ramp. Run down the center and a cut scene will play.
Don't get hit by rocks.
That's what I've been doing, the rocks just keep hitting you with no pause...I'm clearly doing something wrong.
if you keep moving rocks will miss theres a huge chunk of rock in the field I hid behind to cast Qun you wont get hit by flying rocks there.
if you need to heal up, assuming you got a swallow potion up. there is a huge fragment right in front of it you can use for cover.
when you are run to and up the fallen bridge rocks, make sure you use dodge roll. so you don't get hit.
for this fight, the dodge rolling talent is a god send if you have it. just 1 point = 100% increase in distance, 2 = 200% increase.
