Get the vanilla version (original) for alot cheaper and then just update it all the way up to EE then 3.1 then 3.2. Take note though that there will be alot of updating if you go with the vanilla version, and EE patch is 10GB so if you have slow internet it might be a problem for you downloading all these patches.

But imo if you have fast internet just get the vanilla "Premium" version. The packaging and contents are actually alot better than the Enhanced Edition, you get more stuff

BOX: Exclusive box with all the following contents.
GAME DVD: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings game DVD.
MAKING-OF DVD: All the cinematic materials related to game - trailers, dev diaries, gameplay footage, interviews and making-of exclusive video.
ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK CD: Audio-CD with in-game music.
WORLD MAP: A map of the game's world.
GAME GUIDE: The Witcher 2 strategy guide for both novice and experienced role-playing fans.
GAME MANUAL: A rulebook and interface explanation to help you get started.
PAMPHLET AND COIN: A physical representation of two of the in-game items.
PAPERCRAFTS: Two papercraft dolls - Geralt and one random character for collectors.

All that for a cheaper price and the sleeve box the whole thing comes in is very fancy stuff, all high quality and glossy etc. Just way better than the Enhanced Edition, they obviosly put more care into the vanilla release's packaging.

Heres a video unboxing the thing
