I'm at the ledge where have to throw a remote control batarang at the fuse box to overload it, I have bullseyed that thing more times than I care to remember and it still won't work. To top it off, once in a while Kevin Conroy chimes in and 'suggests' that a batarang will hold enough of a charge to overload the fuse box. Thanks Kev, I had no clue.
So I have spent the last hour+ stuck behind a gate, hitting the fuse box over and over and scowering the might interwebs looking for an answer. Please help, this is the main story and I can't stand to waste time!

Are you sending it through the electricity first?
Edit: Because you have to guide the batarang into the electric current and then hang the U-Turn to overload the fuse box. --- NO WAI!

Had the same problem as well. ^King's right, just have to chuck it into the electric field to get a charge.
