This is the one with two ?s in a cage behind an air duct where you have to guide the remote batarang straight through the duct timed to get through while the shutters in it are open, then via very difficult left/right turns through the duct to activate the second ?
I have tried this umpteen times with mouse, even editing the mouse sensitivity all the way to 200 from the default 30. I came close on one toss, but it's the only one I've been able to even get to make the right turn after the left and make it all the way to where the 2nd ? is.
The remote batarang, with mouse anyway, just doesn't want to turn sharp right after turning a sharp left.
Can someone playing on PC that has a 360 controller please try it and see how the conroller compares to mouse? I'm beginning to think it's a console port thing affecting mouse control.
I'm not sure why you're having a problem, I use mouse and keyboard and I've gotten all the trophies so I know it's not an issue of the game being a console port. Make sure you're using right click to slow down the batarang when it turns.
LOL, no I speed boost it to make it more challenging. LOL
Of course I'm slowing it down with the RMB brake. The problem isn't so much the speed, it's that rarely does the batarang easily steer sharp right after steering it sharp left. I even made a seaprate one line paragraph at the end to explain what the exact problem was, yet you guys assume I'm not even using brake.
All I wanted to know is if anyone had tried it with both a 360 pad and KB, no need for ridiculous assumptions. It could very well be the more modern high DPI mice work better for it than mine too.
It's not like I'm a clutz at nabbing these trophies. I managed to get the one in the little caged raft on the water with 3 buttons by the crane where you have to divebomb on the buttons without even upgrading to grapple boost, despite some claiming you have to have it for that trophy.
once you've made the first turn, hold middle mouse button to level the batarang, then turn it to the other side.
turning the batarang one side and then directly towards the opposite side requires some frantic mouse movement. --- ''PC/360 titles are Microsoft exclusive meaning not on Apple or Linux, meaning the people who own Windows own 360 which still makes it exclusive''. ~Phamous1
Let the batarang go to normal speed until you reach the first corner, then brake and turn. You shouldn't have any problems turning left, then right. What helps me the most is to not pay much attention to the batarang itself but rather to the laser point. It took me two or three tries to get this trophy using mouse and keyboard. Haven't tried using a Xbox 360 pad. --- "It's not anything a doctor should do. Period. It's completely against their Hippopotaumus Oath." - Awesome Mike Awesome
