I swear to God, not even the FFXIII-2 board is as bad as this.
This is almost like the FFXIII board back in 2010, just with less people and more foolishness.

It was worth it.
Plus, I didn't say anything wrong in my post above, so I don't see what your point is.
You can go on with your "mature" talk if you want to...

Omar_Comin_Yo have you played Last Story? Xenoblade? If you want an adult discussion, discuss what in particular you liked better.

I'll start off. Who was your favorite character in each game?

What did you think of the battle system in Xenoblade? Last Story?

How about the ending in Xenoblade? Tacked on? Foreshadowed well?

Oh ho, when have you ever presented any arguements? When have anything you ever said to me has been anything other than whining?

I never ate **** before, but I know I don't like it, do I have to eat it to know if I'll ever like it? Are you seriously that slow? If people always bought full priced games that they've never played before, do you realize how many people would have Buyer's Remorse? Do you realize how bad the state of the game industry would be in from developer's losing consumer confidence?

Are your eyes that blind to the truth? I don't even see why you made this thread.Trying to play white knight and gain some sympathy, but on the other hand you're trying to act like you prefer XB.

There's no point in even arguing with you anymore.I might as well head down to my local zoo and talk to one of the monkeys.

so I really have to spell EVERYTHING out for you...
I do not expect everyone to pay full price for every game. all I'm expecting is that you, until you actually played the game yourself don't hate on it!

who are you to tell TLS fans that they are wrong? what right do you have to ridicule their actual experiences with the game?

your crap comparison doesn't work. no one likes eating it, so it's fair to assume it isn't tasty. you're not hurting anyone by saying "crap tastes bad". TLS on the other hand has a significant following. there's people who like it, which means there must be something to it. hence, you ought to either play the game yourself before challenging people's opinions or shut up about it

this all leads to a simple question: if you hate this game, why are you still here?
you ought to be happy because you didn't pay full price for this game unlike the rest of us. instead, you come here and start these pointless arguments
this means, you're making these posts for no better reason than to make TLS fans feel bad for liking a game you hate - i.e. you're a troll.

I posted this topic because I wanted to share my opinion. nothing more. I'm not forcing it down anyone's throat and you notice I haven't argued anyone who disagreed with me. that's because I don't care if you like or hate this game. all I care about is that everyone who gives definitive judgment on it (be it positive or negative) actually has experienced it first

that's about it. I'm done feeding you troll.
go ahead and post another insulting, asinine response that ignores common sense. see if I care.
it's impossible to have an intelligent conversation with you, so I won't bother any more

Both games seem to struggle with balance in their battle systems.

Xenoblades enemies are often impossible to hit if they're 3 or 4 levels above you (at least in the early game, Agility + gems and skills help combat this later on), but become far too easy at equal or lower level. Add to this the fact that quests give you a ridiculous amount of XP, making it too easy to become overlevelled, and you have a game that is overall quite easy.

Im quite early on in TLS so cant make a fully informed judgement, but I have read the reviews, and so far I would agree that this game seems too easy. 5 extra lives per character, and unlimited kite powers for the main guy, seem a little over the top.

Thank you for the comparison, I'll be importing this now because I feel like playing an action rpg and I'll have the money once I return the worthless mario party 9.

The other problem with Xenoblade is it's more similar to an MMORPG than a traditional JRPG, unlike The Last Story, which is more like a traditional

It's like comparing Battlefield 3 to MW3, or Kingdoms of Amalur to Skyrim.
